This incident has been resolved. Hot Fix: Android App 6.7.9 has been released and fixes the "Server is unreachable" error. All Android users will need to update. Old Apps will no longer work. This issue does not affect Apple iOS devices.

We are currently investigating an issue which is affecting our Android App (all versions). It is unable to reach our servers. IOS App is not affected.
